What happens once I’ve purchased a subscription?
We will send you an e-mail acknowledging your purchase, and if you have bought a digital or package subscription this will also contain download instructions.
Once the order has been processed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you as well (usually within 24 hours):
- It will confirm the details of your purchase.
- It will provide a unique customer number. This number is really important, make a note of it!
